PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating with a uniform coating film thickness by preventing abnormal surface quality from being caused even on a metal plate, on which a crown is formed in one side by rolling, and improve the productivity of a coated metal plate. SOLUTION: Floater nozzles 7 are positioned above and under the passing position of an aluminum plate. The floater nozzles 7 are extended in the width direction of the aluminum plate and capable of moving up and down. The angles formed between the floater nozzles 7 and the aluminum plate and adjusted based on the deflection and the position of the aluminum plate detected by a sensor.
