<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device having a seal member eliminating leak of grease during rotation. SOLUTION: In this bearing device having two bearing rings of outer/inner rings 105, 101, forming in the outer ring 105 a raceway surface 106 in an internal diametric surface also at least one groove in an internal diametric surface in a position near a side end surface, forming in the inner ring 101 a raceway surface 102 in an external diametric surface, arranging rolling units 111 of at least one line between this raceway surface and the raceway surface of the outer ring, mounting at least a seal member 121 in at least one of the outer/ inner rings, and having an annular core metal 123 in the seal member 121, a connection part 126 is arranged between the core metal and the bearing ring supporting the core metal, the connection part is formed of charge metal, the charge metal, melted and after cooled, is molded by a shape of the core metal and a groove and positioned in the groove so as to generate connection force and sealing ability.</p> |
