PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an anode plate of the lead storage battery is provided to reduce production costs by employing alcohol and diluted sulfuric acid instead of expensive organic sulfuric acid, yet obtaining the same effect with that of organic sulfuric acid. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the anode plate anode is comprised of the first step for molding the mixture of crushed lead and lead oxide, water and sulfuric acid; the second step for coating an electricity collecting body, maturing and drying for a certain period of time; and the third step for converting an active material to lead dioxide by applying electricity. Further, in the first step, the organic sulfuric acid is made of alcohol with C8 or less and diluted sulfuric acid at a mole ratio of 1:2-4, and mixed with sulfuric acid by 3-10cc per 1kg of the crushed lead. |
