<p>PURPOSE: A color coating aggregate using a steel slag and manufacturing method thereof are provided to indicate the state of an asphalt road by coating aggregate with various colors, and thereby to prevent traffic accidents. CONSTITUTION: A slag aggregate of 2-4mm and various coloring agents are inserted into a mixer(12) and mixed in the ratio of 100:0.5-5 and stirred for about 15-50 minutes. The mixture is screened with a screen(13) to remove the remaining coloring agents. The mixture is mixed with an adhesive of acrylic acid resin group or urethane resin group and a diluent in another mixer(14) in the same ratio and diluted. The diluted mixture is mixed and stirred and colored to the slag aggregate, and at this time, the ratio of original material to the diluted mixture is 100: 1-6, and then dried within the range of temperature of 80-180°C.</p> |
