PURPOSE: A device for managing a giro paper is provided to receive a giro paper automatically by using a bank card of a user and to manage the giro paper in a cash dispenser rapidly. CONSTITUTION: The device for managing a giro paper includes a receiving portion(10), the first conveying portion(20), an integrated portion(30), the second conveying portion(40), a keeping portion(50) and a returning portion(60). A user inserts a giro paper into the receiving portion(10). The first conveying portion(20) conveys the giro paper inserted into the receiving portion(10). The keeping portion(30) keeps the paper conveyed from the first conveying portion(20). The second conveying portion(40) conveys the collected paper for returning. The returning portion(60) returns the paper conveyed from the second conveying portion(40) to the user. The keeping portion(50) keeps the managed paper received from the integrated portion(30).
