PROCESS FOR PURIFING HYMAN GRANULOCYTE COLONY STIMULATING FACTOR BY HPLC

PURPOSE: A method for purifying a recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor(rHuG-CSF) using HPLC is provided, which purifies rHuG-CSF in high purity from contaminants having similar physico-chemical properties. CONSTITUTION: The method for purifying a recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor(rHuG-CSF) comprises the steps of: passing the equilibrium solvent through the column of analytical reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) to repair the equilibrium step of the column; injecting rHuG-CSF into the column; and subjecting rHuG-CSF to the linear gradient of organic solvents, in which the equilibrium solvent is selected from water-soluble solvents without salt and organic solvents such as chloric acid, acetic acid or sulfuric acid, and the initial solvent used for the linear gradient of organic solvents is selected from organic solvents.
