PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for recycling wet food wastes containing various kinds of nutrients, which can produce high quality livestock feed by using the food wastes. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises right and left cutting rollers at a neck part of a hopper placed at the top of a body(1), which include sprocket shaped cutting blades arranged thereto and rotated at once by a gear fitted in the axis, a couple of screws installed in a cylinder chamber formed at a lower part of the rollers and rotated at once by a gear, a net plate at the central lower part of the cylinder chamber, a water chamber placed below the net plate and connected to a drainage hole, a drying chamber with an intake part(22) and an exhaust path that is installed at the outside of an extruding device formed at the front side of the cylinder chamber, a heater in the bottom of the drying chamber and a discharge port in front of the heater, a spring of which one end is hung on the body and the other end is hung on the both sides of the cover plate fixed in the discharge port, an open and shut plate fitted in a collecting port, a rotating plate installed on an axis in the drying chamber, a bevel gear fitted to the bottom of the axis and operated with another bevel gear fitted in an axis device, a sprocket fixed to the axis device and operated with an inside sprocket fitted in a motor axis by a chain, an outer sprocket fitted in the motor axis and operated with another outer sprocket fitted in a screw axis, and another inside sprocket fitted in the screw axis is worked with a sprocket fitted in the axis of the cutting roller by a chain.
