PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for hot-water supply apparatus is provided to prevent corrosion or damage of a body caused by dewing without deterioration of cooling effect by water supply pipe. CONSTITUTION: In a heat exchanger for hot-water supply apparatus, a water supply pipe is surrounded and attached on the outer circumference of a body(2) in a heat exchanger(1) having a pins(3) and a combustion chamber(5) therein. A water supply pipe(6b) surrounded closely to a containment position of the pins(3) is surrounded and attached to a body(2) with an interval spaced from the outer surface of the body(2).
