DISC AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A disk and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to inhibit a vibration by keeping residual stress regular. CONSTITUTION: A disk medium(1) is a CD(Compact Disk) or a DVD(Digital Video Disk) including a clamping portion, a data recording face and a non-recording face having the same thickness. A reinforcement(2) consists of a bottom portion(2a) and a wall portion(2b) lengthened vertically from outside of the bottom portion. The bottom portion is bonded to the non-recording face of the disk medium while the wall portion having a thickness(t) is attached to the outermost side of the disk medium. Thereby, the disk medium is kept in the reinforcement. The reinforcement has a structure for accepting the disk medium with a bonding agent. The disk inhibits vibration by keeping residual stress.
