PURPOSE: An aqueous dispersion composition is provided which comprises a compound containing a dithiocarbonate group, and an amino compound, which is effective for use in paints, adhesives, inks, and the like. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous dispersion of a compound contains at least one 5-membered ring dithiocarbonate group, expressed by the following general formula (I): (wherein R1, R2 and R3 are the same or different, and represent a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group) and an ether bond; and an amino compound.
