PURPOSE: An apparatus for compensating distortions in a multi-code mobile communication system is provided to intercept interference corresponding to required user receiving signals, by removing receiving signals reproduced by other receivers in receiving signals, and to compensate errors caused by distortion components of the user receiving signals eliminating the interference. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for compensating distortions in a multi-code mobile communication system comprises two receivers(31N), an interference remover(330), and a distortion compensator(340). The receivers is composed of a pattern generator(316) and a reproducer(317). The pattern generator generates pattern signals in symbol data configured by each symbol, which is decided by multi-codes during a symbol section from receiving signals. The reproducer spreads the symbol data and the pattern signals to reproduce the data and the signals. The interference remover removes an output signal from a rest receiver except a predetermined receiver of the receivers. The distortion compensator receives the symbol data and the pattern signals, and calculates Euclidean distances with an output signal of the reproducer and the output signal of the interference remover. The distortion compensator selects one of the symbol data and the pattern signals as reception information. |
