PURPOSE: A hemp yarn prepared by coating compound powder of alumina, silica and zirconia on a hemp yarn with an adhesive is provided which has high strength and low elongation and promotes metabolism and blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: A hemp yarn is prepared by coating compound powder having an average particle size of 2 to 4 micrometer, which is mixed with alumina, silica and zirconia on a hemp yarn with an adhesive. The hemp fabric is prepared by (1) coating compound powder of alumina, silica and zirconia on a hemp yarn after a cotton yarn is combined with a hemp yarn as a main raw material, or a cotton yarn and a chemical yarn are combined with a hemp yarn or (2) weaving with compound powder coated hemp yarn or a combined yarn.
