PURPOSE: An air conditioning system of a vehicle is provided to maintain an agreeable environment of the inner space of the vehicle by automatically operating the air conditioning system although a driver does not operate a switch. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system of a vehicle includes a system setting switch(1) outputting an electric signal according to the operation of a driver for automatical air conditioning when the vehicle is running, an air condition switch(2) outputting en electric signal for cooling the inner space of the vehicle or setting the extent of cooling, a heater switch(3) outputting en electric signal for warming the inner space or setting the extent of warming, an indoor temperature sensor(4) installed in the inner space for detecting the temperature of the inner space, an outdoor temperature sensor(5) installed in the outer space of the vehicle for detecting an ambient temperature, a control part(6) setting air conditioning system operation pattern by studying the operation state of the driver according to the signals and outputting a control signal for operating the air conditioning system to suit the driver, an air conditioner driving part(7) operating according to the control signal for cooling the inner space, and a heater driving part(8) operating according to the control signal for warming the inner space.
