PURPOSE: A structure preventing back current of wash water in a dish washer is provided to prevent the occurrence of odor from a long disuse, to reduce the number of parts and the material cost and to accomplish improved operation efficiency by decreasing the number of work processes. CONSTITUTION: A check valve(105) is joined at a drain pipe(103)of sump(102) for preventing the residual in a bottom site of sump(102) by back current of wash water during the drain stroke of dish washer. A guide protuberance(104) is formed at the drain pipe(103) of sump(102) for making and breaking of the check valve(105) in direction of a drain pump(106).
