A device, and method for delivering materials such as medications or other therapeutic or diagnostic materials useful for treating sinus disease, to the middle meatus, and para-nasal sinuses, is provided (see Figure). The device has an elongated body portion with a distal end (15), a proximal end (13), and a passage therethrough extending from the proximal end to the distal end of the body portion (12).
