PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with work for preventing dislocation of a position for leading out two wound flat-type electric wires after cutting and bending in formation of a lead wire on the winding end side of a transformer coil formed by winding two laminated flat-type electric wire. SOLUTION: Wiring is started, while the gap dimension between leads 1 on the winding start side is made 2πL times the thickness of a flat-type electric wire, and the leads are fixed to a former. The winding is stopped, leaving L number of turns of winding. The two flat-type electric wires are cut off at a position, where the wires are moved for a distance of the total length of a flat-type electric wire inside the second layer, half of the lead gap and the lead length from the former toward the flat-type electric wire supply winding drum side. Then, the two flat-type electric wires are bent at a position, where they are moved from the cut-off position to the former side by the lead length to form leads. Leads 2 on the winding end side are formed, by winding the flat-type electric wires from the former to the cut-off position. |
