PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the drawing performance of a portable computer. SOLUTION: This portable computer is equipped with a storage means A wherein default drawing parameters are set, a storage means B where temporary drawing parameters are written, a multiplexer 42 which performs switching so that the contents of the storage means B right after the data are written to the storage means B or the storage means A in other cases are referred to, a flip-flop 41, and logic circuits (43), 44, and 45.
