PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information reproducing device applied to any information recording system, and capable of reproducing information exceeding a resolution limit by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This optical information reproducing device is provided with a light source 101 for emitting a spacially coherent light, a condenser optical system 106 for condensing a light from the light source 101 on a recording medium 107 having information recorded therein, a detecting unit 109a for detecting a transmitted light or a reflected light from the recording medium 107 or the like. In this device, a diffraction grating GI or the like is disposed between the condenser optical system 106 and the recording medium 107. |
