PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform the collation of search conditions despite a large number of conditions by sorting the search conditions themselves and using the binary search. SOLUTION: A user designates the preparation of a search condition table 3-3 via a search condition reference file 3-1-2, samples one of unregistered conditional sentences as long as the search conditional sentences are contained in the file 3-1-2 and sends the sampled unregistered conditional sentence to a search condition object preparation part 3-1-3 to prepare a search condition object. Then the upper and lower limit columns are set for the search objects of the table 3-3, and a set distribution object of an intermediate column is taken out of the table 3-3. Furthermore, the search condition object and a given search condition object are distributed to the intermediate column and sent to a distribution condition comparison part 3-1-5 to compare and judge the sizes. If the sizes of both objects are equal to each other, the production of the table 3-3 is discontinued. Meanwhile, if the sizes are unequal, the collation of search conditions is carried out according to the binary search logic.
