<p>A head having nozzles for ejecting ink is moved as a horizontal scanning forward and reversely in predetermined directions relative to a printing medium, and during it, dots are formed in the pixels arrayed in the direction of horizontal scanning according to the printing data, thereby printing an image on the printing medium. In addition to image pixel value data representing the presence of image pixels constituting an image, adjustment pixel value data representing the presence of adjustment pixels not forming dots is used for compensation of displacement of the position where a dot is formed by each nozzle.</p> |
