PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effector which can be used by connecting it to an existing sound source device and is capable of adjusting two dimensional program. SOLUTION: The effector is provided with input terminals (14, 15 and 16) which take in output signals of an external sound source device, an A/D converter 26 which digitizes input signals, a planar position sensor 1, a DSP program storage means 21c, a DSP 25 that conducts processing that parameters of a set program are properly changed in accordance with the operation of the sensor 1, and a D/A converter 27 which converts the output of the DSP 25 to an analog form. By directly connecting the effector to a phonoplayer, a CD and a microphone, effects are added to the output signals of these devices. For example, if connection is made to a sound source which is used to generate BGM, desired effect is added to the musical sounds being outputted. By using the sensor 1, a two dimensional parameter adjustment is easily conducted. |
