PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage transformer which is small in size and high in efficiency. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric body 2 which is formed of piezoelectric material and provided with electrodes formed on its surface and magnetic bodies 1a and 1b wound with wires 10a and 10b formed of conductive material are joined together through the intermediary of, at least, a coupler 3a into a voltage transformer, where the piezoelectric body 2 and the magnetic bodies 1a and 1b are arranged so as to be in parallel with each other in a longer direction, the wires 10a and 10b wound on the magnetic bodies 1a and 1b serve as an input part, and the electrodes formed on the piezoelectric body 2 serve as an output part.
