PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a load reducing method for a mobile object communication system capable of flexibly setting regulation control. SOLUTION: In the mobile object communication system constituted of at least one or more base station controllers 200 connected to a mobile object exchange and capable of controlling plural base stations and a maintenance device 500 for executing the maintenance of each of the controllers 200, a call is regulated by a command sent from the device 500 to each controller 200, the command is outputted in accordance with an area to be regulated for a call, specified load to be regulated and a regulation ratio, and when a regulation condition based on the command is satisfied, the call is regulated. Each regulation condition is set by monitoring the processor activity ratio of the controller 200, and when time for which the processor activity ratio exceeds a prescribed value arrives at prescribed time, regulation is executed. |
