<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen a high attenuation band when a microwave switch is cut off and to suppress a leakage of higher harmonic components by connecting switching elements by transmission lines which are formed on substrates having the same dielectric constant and have the same line width and different lengths. SOLUTION: Switching elements are connected by transmission lines which are formed on substrates having a same dielectric constant and have the same line width and different lengths. Namely, the substrate 6a and transmission line pattern 7a, and substrate 6b and transmission line pattern 7b are different in length according to a figure showing variation rates of the transmission line impedance and electric length, when the transmission line patterns which connect adjacent PIN diodes 3 and are formed on the substrates having the specific dielectric constant to the same width are varied in the plus and minus directions on the basis of a quarter of the wavelength of a microwave signal to be transmitted. Consequently, a band of attenuation characteristics can be widened and a degradation quantity can be suppressed.</p> |
