PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a noise ingredient generated by a labeled substance leaked from a slightly collapsed liposome so as to prevent the deterioration of a signal- to-noise ratio caused thereby in measuring immunity using a liposome which seals a labeled substance inside and is bonded to an antibody. SOLUTION: A liposome sealing inside a labeled substance and being bonded to an antiboby and a liposome sealing inside an inhibitor against the labeled substance are together in existence. A dry immunoassay reagent formed by a freeze-dried porous structure involving the liposome sealing inside a labeled substance and being bonded to an antiboby, the liposome sealing inside an inhibitor against the labeled substance and a complement is provided.
