A reception- and demodulation-device for receiving and demodulating modulated signals includes an oscillatory LC circuit (L1/C1) which is excited by the received signal to oscillate at the same carrier frequency. A comparator (10), such as an op amp, has its first input (-) connected to the oscillatory circuit (L1/C1) and its second input (+) connected to the threshold value sensor (R1/R2) and outputs a demodulated, binary signal at its output. A low-pass filter (R3/C2) is connected to the output of the comparator (10). The threshold sensor is specifically based on a voltage dividing network with resistances (R1 and R2).
