PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a resonator to be controlled in resonance frequency without deteriorating no-load Q of a concentrated constant filter. SOLUTION: In a concentrated constant filter formed of superconductive material, the inductor-side corners of capacitors which are connected to inductors 13, 23, 33, 43, and 53 and belong to input side capacitors 11, 21, 31, 41, and 51 and output side capacitors 12, 22, 32, 42, and 52 of resonators 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 are removed through a photolithography technique, by which the resonators are each regulated in resonance frequency.
