PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system which can handle optional compressibility with generous purpose hardware and further, whose response time is fast. SOLUTION: A synchronous queue checking an entry in each large cycle and an asynchronous queue checking an entry in each small cycle obtained by plurally dividing the large cycle are prepared (step 11), when a new request is received after finishing processing a request entered to the synchronous queue, it is entered to the asynchronous queue (step 23), when the request entered to the asynchronous queue is executable, it is carried out (step 15) and subsequently, it is removed from the asynchronous queue and entered to the synchronous key (step 16).
