PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resting mattress, which has a structure that one is able to sit in a posture of keeping one's feet slightly higher when watching the TV inside the house relaxing or when resting and stretching the body, and a resting mattress, which contains a processed material of the Bincho charcoal that is effective for improvement of human health and betterment of residential environment. SOLUTION: This mattress has a head part 3, a backrest part 4 and a seat part 5. A mattress main body 1, which is formed as foldable, and a foot pillow whose foot rest part 10 is set in a bulging state are connected as attachable and removable using a connecting material of the zipper 6 or the like. The foot pillow 2 is also foldable toward the backside of the seat part 5. The Bincho charcoal sheet is then pasted to the upper face part of the mattress main body 1, or each upper face part of the mattress main body 1 and the foot pillow 2.
