<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability, and to reduce the cost. SOLUTION: When a work W is a metal sheet of glossy surface in which damages on a surfaced Wa are undesired, a cylindrical member 24 is detached from a machining head 1 together with an alternative surface member 21, etc., the distance between a nozzle and the work by a nozzle 2 (non-contact type distance sensor) forming a detecting electrode is detected, the detected signal is transmitted to a control device, the distance between the nozzle 2 and the work W is controlled to be constant, and the nozzle 2 is moved profiling the work W to machine the work. When the work W can not be directly detected by the non-contact type distance sensor 2, an alternative surface member 21 is arranged at the position of detection immediately below the nozzle 2, and the distance between the alternative surface member 21 moving along the surface to be machined and the sensor 2 is detected by the sensor 2 to perform the machining in a same manner as described above.</p> |
