<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure pulse wave detecting device capable of successively providing a precise waveform of pressure pulse wave. SOLUTION: A ratio of the differenceΔMBP between the monitored maximum blood pressure value MBPSYS and monitored minimum blood pressure value MGPDIA successively determined by a monitored blood pressure value determining means 84 to the differenceΔEBP between two estimated blood pressure values EBPSYS and EBPDIA successively determined by an amplitude blood pressure ratio determining means or distortion value calculating means 86 is determined as amplitude blood pressure ratio R or distortion value D. Since the pressure pulse waveform of the pressure pulse wave detected by a pressure pulse wave sensor 46 can be successively corrected by multiplying the amplitude of this pressure pulse wave detected by the distortion value D calculated by the distortion value calculating means 86 by a pressure pulse wave amplitude correcting means 88, a precise waveform of pressure pulse wave can be successively provided.</p> |
