PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises during operation and to reduce the number of parts as well as the cost. SOLUTION: Power is transmitted by connecting an output shaft 9 having a clutch/brake device 7 and a first crank shaft 17 with a coupling 11 and engaging a first main gear 29 arranged to the coupling 11 and a second main gear arranged to a second crank shaft. Thus, the number of power transfer points is reduced to one so as to reduce noises in operation, the number of parts and the cost.
