SOLUTION: A means for driving a rotor is an air pressure driving means, a feed line for supplying a pressurized gas to the air pressure driving means is provided and is communicated with a pressurized gas source 49, an outlet 64 for taking out the gas from the chamber 5 is communicated with an inlet of a gas purifying unit 10, an outlet of the gas purifying unit 10 is connected to a suction device 21 and the suction device 21 is driven by the pressurized gas supplied to a means 8 for rotating and driving the rotor.
