<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vector that is useful for treatment of genepathy that is independent from the integration site, induces the expression of the gene in the copy-number-dependent mode by including a dominant activator sequence bearing a specific CD2-DNase I hypersensitive site. SOLUTION: This is a vector for integrating a gene into the genetic material in the host cells of a mammalian so that the gene may be expressed by the host cells and comprises the promoter and the gene. In this case, the vector is restricted by the host cell type, when the gene is expressed, independent from the integration site and can induce the copy count-independent expression. The vector includes the CD2 DNase I hyper-sensitive site and bears the dominant activator sequence in the fragment of 5.5 kb BamHI-XbaI on the 3' side of the CD 2 gene.</p> |
