PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold an operational switch for an electric bed and prevent from being dropped by mistake under the bed and not to be slipped off from the bed, when the bed part tilts. SOLUTION: A hooking means 6 is equipped to a casing 5, and this hooking means 6 has a shaking member 7. This shaking member 7 has a hook part 8 close to one hem side and a clip part 9 close to the other side. The hook part 8 is a thing that a part close to the one side of the shaking member 7 is formed as a hook shape. The clip part 9 has multiple ribs 15 on the other side of the shaking member 7 in a row, and the back face of the casing 5 also has multiple ribs 16 in a row. The ribs 16 touch to the other side of the shaking member 7, fitting into the ribs 15. The ribs 15 on the other side of the shaking member 7 and the ribs 16 on the back face side of the casing 5 hold a sheet on the mattress between them and hold the casing 5.
