PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system which operates a system smoothly by introducing an ERP package to each of several organizations and cooperating same. SOLUTION: A basic information management system 1 controls basic information, ERPs 2A, 2B for respective organizations perform production management of own department at the respective organizations. Then material data from each organization is collected and controlled in purchasing by a common material ERP 4 and a common inventory for each organization is controlled by a common inventory ERP 5. Sending and receiving of data among these ERPs are controlled by a data distribution system 6.
