SOLUTION: A positioning unit 82 is provided with a positioning plate 84 arranged in a state roughly aligned with a vertical face parallel with a discharge direction T and a pull-in device 85 which holds a belt-like metal sheet B1 or B2 placed on a loading face 811 and pulls the metal sheet toward the positioning plate 84. The positioning in the width direction of the band like metal sheet B1 or B2 is performed so that the belt like metal sheet B1 or B2 placed on a loading table 81 is pulled toward the positioning face 844 of the positioning plate 84 by a pulling device 85 and abutting its side end face on the positioning face 844.
