PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit an appropriate quantity of ink to be retained at all times and obtain a dense and clear stamp mark having no unevenness by making the pore diameter of a stamp surface larger than the pore diameter of an ink pad in a stamp in which a stamp surface consisting of a porous body having continuous pours and an ink pad are allowed to comeinto contact with each other during the period of no use. SOLUTION: The stamp main body 1 is formed such that a plurality of rotators are axially supported rotatably, and respective endless belts 2 made of porous rubber are crossed over between it and the cross-linking strips, and also each lower end is provided with a stamp surface holder having a printing body 3 affixed thereon. When a cap including an ink pad 5 is closed with a lid, each stamping surface of the endless printing belts 2 and printing body 3 is formed to be in contact with the ink pad 5, and the pore diameter of the stamping surface is set to be larger than that of the ink pad. The stamp surface tends to stuck up ink; however, since the ink pad is smaller in the pore diameter, capillary force hardly works, so that ink moves to the stamp surface only by an appropriate quantity, thus retaining only an appropriate quantity of ink in the endless printing belt 2 and printing body 3.
