PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-open composite film satisfying various characteristics of low temp. heat sealability, airtightness and good release surface appearance other than easy-to-open properties in good balance at the same time. SOLUTION: In a composite film comprising two layers A, B by a coextrusion method, the layer (A) comprises a compsn. prepared by compounding 1-8 wt.% of high density polyethylene with a polypropylene type copolymer and the layer (B) comprises a compsn. prepared by compounding 2-40 wt.% of an ethylene/ propylene/butene-1 copolymer or an ethylene/propylene copolymer with a low density polyethylene and the thickness of the layer (A) is 10-30μm.
