摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably swing a swing arm to drive a flap to be stably and angularly displaced. SOLUTION: The displacement of output parts 35, 36 of a pair of piezoelectric actuators 25, 26 arranged in a span direction is enlarged by a displacement enlarging mechanism 27 to drive a swing arm 28 to swing large. A flap fitted to the rear edge of a blade is driven to be angularly displaced in the vertical direction through a connecting rod 30 fitted to the tip part of the swing arm 28. The displacement enlarging mechanism 27 has an eccentric shaft 40 integrally formed of a first shaft and a second shaft with axes eccentric from each other. The output part 35 is connected to the first shaft, and the output part 36 is connected to the second shaft. The swing arm 28 is fixed to the eccentric shaft 40. The output parts 35, 36 of the actuators 25, 26 are displaced in opposite phases to swing the swing arm 28 stably.
