PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce spatters made on the inside surface of the weld zone of a electric resistance welded tube, and to reduce projecting parts on the inside surface of the tube in a seam. SOLUTION: After forming tubularly an aluminum bar stock having a surface on the one side of a core material 10a, on which a brazing filler material 10b consisting of an aluminum alloy has been covered so that the brazing filler material 10b is positioned on the inside surface side, by heating its tubular outer periphery by a high frequency induction coil, a seam is continuously welded and fixed. By melting the brazing filler material 10b at the time of the induction heating, and next by cooling and solidifying it, the surface of the seam on the inside surface of a tube is covered by the brazing filler material 10b.
