PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge a popularized pallet for general purpose at a stroke to a specific stock position by loading it and rotating to a desired rotary angle. SOLUTION: This device comprises a base board 1 set stably on a floor surface F, a discharge pad 2 provided at the upper part of the base board 1, a movable board 3 journalled at one end 21 of the discharge pad 2 through a rotary shaft 22 and to hold the loaded pallet P, an expansion driving means 4 with one end side 40 journalled to the base board 1, and a link mechanism to connect the other end side 41 of the expansion driving means 4, the discharge pad 2, and the movable board 3, respectively, and making the rotary angle at more than 180 deg.. As a result, the movable board 3 with floor surface approaching position made at the initial condition can be rotated by advancing the expansion driving means 4 through are linking mechanism 5.
