PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand ranges of rolling and pitching and to simplify a structure. SOLUTION: A running gear 4 having a pair of right and left crawlers is installed below a chassis frame 1 in a controllable state of rolling to correct the right and left inclinations and pitching to correct the front and rear inclinations by means of a rear link mechanism 12 and a front link mechanism 19. The front horizontal shaft 21 of the front link mechanism 19 is attached to the front supporting attachment member 22 fixed on the frame 1 in a pivoted state. A plate 29 forming the wheel pipe-supporting member of the member 22 situated below the upper crawler 10 of the above crawlers is formed in a slant state that its front side is higher than its rear one so as to become lower as it goes toward the rear side.
