PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary support which can hang up and return a concrete product in a stable condition, and generates little deformation and consumption even though it is used repeatedly. SOLUTION: This rotary support 1 has a tubular body 5 inserted in a supporting hole 2 provided on the side wall K1 of a concrete product K, and an operation member with a cam 6 which is inserted rotatable in a through-hole provided in the axial direction of the tubular body 5. The cam 6 has the length which can abut to the inner peripheral surface at least from the depth part to the middle part of the supporting hole 2, preferably, the length which can abut to the inner peripheral surface from the depth part to near the inlet part of the supporting hole 2, so as to project the cam 6 from the tubular body 5, When the operation member is rotated in such a condition, the cam 6 props up the inner peripheral surface of the supporting hole 2 together with the tubular body 5. In this case, the cam 6 props up the inner peripheral surface in a large width.
