PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a working fluid chilled in a tank is warmed up while passing through a region outside a freezing chamber in a forced feed channel. SOLUTION: When driving a pump 22, an antifreeze C (a working fluid) in a tank 19 is fed under pressure to a fluid-pressure cylinder 18 through a suction pipe 21 (a suction channel), the pump 22, a forced feed pipe 25 (a forced feed channel) in this order and frozen dessert in the cylinder 18 is poured out. A part 25b of the pipe 25 passes through the tank 19, and therefore, although a situation that the antifreeze C is warmed up in a channel outside a freezing chamber 3 in a forced feed channel exists, the temperature of the antifreeze C is kept low enough when reaching the cylinder 18 because the sufficiently chilled antifreeze C chills the antifreeze C in the forced feed channel.
