PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily refreshen up road incidental equipments in a short term, realize a low cost, and dispose of waste without trouble. SOLUTION: A cover material 2 is attached on an outer surface of existing road incidental equipment 1, and a surface of the outside of the cover material 2 is used as a new outer surface of the existing road incidental equipment 1. Therefore, this method is very easy as compared with a conventional method wherein new road incidental equipment is exchanged. Since only a cost of the cover material 2 is generated, it is cheap. There is not also a problem of waste disposal. It is possible to complete the work in a short term. It is not necessary to regulate traffic for a long period. It is possible refresh it up in a constant quality as compared with painting. Furthermore, there is no problem of sewage disposal at the time of washing.
