rolled stock production, namely apparatuses for centering moving strip with simultaneous turning of it in aggregates for preparing and finishing rolled pieces. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes stationary base, deflecting drum mounted on platform, correction mechanism and servosystem whose actuating mechanism engages with platform. Correction mechanism is in the form of floating platform joined with stationary base by means of two pairs of vertical levers arranged symmetrically relative to axis for centering strip and also joined with hydraulic cylinder for moving platform carrying deflection roller mounted on it normally relative to rolling axis and inclined in plane normal relative to strip motion direction. Each pair of levers is mounted with inclination relative to rolling axis in such a way that axes of levers are mutually crossed over floating platform. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of centering at deflection of transported strip, improved quality of strip, its high operational reliability, long useful life of equipment. 2 dwg
