machine tool manufacture, possibly flexible satellite-type automatic lines. SUBSTANCE: machine tool includes self-propelled frame with individual drive units for moving it along rail guides. Frame is rectangular one, it has mutually joined rigid ribs, each rib carries several working units. At lower position of frame in inner space restricted by ribs there is polyhedral satellite arranged between rail guides on housing. Worked parts are mounted on all faces of satellite. Lateral faces of satellite are arranged opposite relative to ribs of frame. On each face of satellite group of tools of working units is mounted opposite relative to sides of part. Lateral walls are placed on ribs of frame, said walls together with frame define chamber in the form of bell covering satellite with parts. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of machine tool, increased number of parts simultaneously worked in the same station. 4 cl, 3 dwg
