BLANKET STRUCTURE OF FUSION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electromagnetic force acting on a blanket by disturbing electric current in the blanket due to electromagnetic induction during plasma disruption of a fusion device. SOLUTION: A blanket of a fusion device is structured so as to shield electric current with a slit 4, a gap or an electric insulator by providing a slit 4 vertical to the blanket 1, forming a blanket 1 with a plurality of sheets of plate blanket and contacting them via an electric insulator on the periphery, forming a gap in between the plate blankets or contacting them via the insulator on the whole contact surface of the plate blankets.
