A continuous fabric rinsing process and apparatus (10) utilizing hot water (68) applied in a rotating cylindrical rinsing roller device (60), for use in conventional steaming apparatus chambers (100) where the preparation, dyeing and/or printing of fabric typically occurs. The fabric rinsing apparatus (60) has an innermost perforated pipe (62) along the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical rinsing roller (60) that serves as a source of hot water (68) which traverses rotating apertures (61) present on the rinsing roller (60). The rinsing roller (60) also contains external curvilinear rotor blades (66) which propel the hot water (68) outward through a rotating net cylinder (70), to clean a pretreated, dyed and/or printed fabric sheet (12) moving along an endless net belt (82). At least two steam injectors (49, 51), within the same steam chamber (100), are positioned in opposite directions in order to uniformly remove the undesirable contaminants and partially dry the fabric sheet (12).
